Caribbean Tourist Organization Media Market Event in New York- 2012
Media Marketplace is expected to attract well over 100 key journalists from a wide range of travel media. This annual event, which will take place at the Marriott Marquis’ Marquis Ballrooms A, B, and C, provides each CTO member government with the opportunity to interact with writers and photographers from trade and consumer media.
Additionally, a host of tourism industry partners, including hoteliers, tour operators and airlines participate each year and use this as a valuable networking opportunity. Typically, information from this event reaches the public through interviews conducted by representatives of both the print and electronic media, who are eager to know what’s new and different in the Caribbean.

It takes a lot of talent and experience to produce the longest-running and largest accessories-only show in the United States. The people of Accessories The Show skillfully attend to every aspect of the industry’s most upscale, EDITED show: Merchandising, visual design, trend forecasting, journalism, licensing, retailing, operations, marketing, public relations, executive sales, design/product development, publishing and customer service.
This depth of talent is unusual in the trade-show arena, where the standard practice often calls for interns and temporary personnel.
