A three – time Olympian in short track speedskating, Apolo Ohno is the most decorated U.S. Olympic winter athlete of all time with eight medals, including two golds.

Apolo Anton Ohno is a renowned American short track speed skater and the most decorated American athlete in Winter Olympic history, with eight Olympic medals, including two gold.

His achievements include multiple World Championship titles and World Cup titles, making him the first American to win the overall World Cup title.

After retiring in 2013, Ohno became a motivational speaker, author, TV personality, and entrepreneur.

He was the youngest skater admitted to the U.S. Olympic Training Center residency program in Lake Placid.

Salt Lake City 2002: Won gold in the 1,500m and silver in the 1,000m, achieving superstar status in the U.S.

Turin 2006: Won gold in the 500m, bronze in the 1,000m, and bronze in the 5,000m relay.

Vancouver 2010: Earned a silver medal in the 1,500m and two bronze medals in the 1,000m and 5,000m relay.

Won the popular reality show Dancing with the Stars in 2007 and later hosted Minute to Win It.

He is a philanthropist and has ventured into nutritional supplements and other businesses.
