Home to more than 20,000 eating and drinking establishments, employing more than a quarter of a million people, our industry is vital to the economic foundation and social fabric of New York City.

The Alliance bridges the gap between the hospitality industry, government, and the press. We advocate for a fair and equitable regulatory environment that removes barriers to entrepreneurship and job creation.
