Tim Hardaway Sr, NBA Hall of famer, 5-time All-NBA Team member and an Olympic Gold Medalist-2022

Timothy Hardaway Sr.  American former professional basketball player. Hardaway played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets and Indiana Pacers.

He was a five-time NBA All-Star and All-NBA Team selection. Hardaway won a gold medal with the United States national basketball team at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He was known for his crossover dribble which was dubbed the “UTEP two-step” by television analysts. He is the father of current NBA player Tim Hardaway Jr.

Hardaway played college basketball for the UTEP Miners under head coach Don Haskins, a future member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Hardaway was twice named MVP of El Paso’s Sun Bowl Invitational Tournament, in 1987 and 1988. He played on teams that went to the NCAA Tournaments in 1988 and 1989. He won the Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award in 1989 as the best college player in the nation six feet (1.83 m) tall or under.

While playing for the Miners, Hardaway developed his crossover dribble move that was called the “UTEP two-step.

On September 13, 2022, during NYFW, The Nolcha Shows, award winning event for independent fashion brands, will partner with Wear the Future to showcase all sustainable S/S 2023 collections on the 69th floor of the iconic 3 World Trade Center.

Sustainable designers presenting their runway S/S 2023 collections include clothing brands Host and Var, Kaiane Designs, The Tailory NYC, Mauricio Alpizar, Maya Seyferth and accessory brands CoFi,  Zashadu, Aumora Gems, Nandanie, and Anna Zuckerman.

Garments have become increasingly short-lived – acquiring the name “fast fashion” – and 85% of textiles end up in landfills. The fashion industry is rapidly depleting our natural resources and it’s past time we shift to more sustainable garment production,” said Wear The Future.

OhZone will bring metaverse fashion to life through the patented 3DReal™ technology that automates turning physical garments into virtually stunning NFT wearables ready for the metaverse in just days.   In collaboration with fashion brands Kaiane Designs and Nazranaa, OhZone will showcase virtual apparel in a mixed   reality runway while guests may use their own devices to interact with the hyper-realistic garments and avatars.

Dani Threads: is an upcoming fashion designer Born and raised in Brooklyn as a second generation seamstress, I’m proud to be continuing a passion that was passed down to me from my mother. Exposed early to fashion, I started designing costumes for a local non-profit school program as a way to support my community. Later while obtaining my fashion degree, I became enamored with lingerie, which sparked the foundation for my business. What I ultimately found was that even though the lingerie market is expansive, it was lacking in products for petite women.

In pursuit of my passion, I started Danithreads. Continuing in my family’s footsteps, I make custom handmade costumes and lingerie. I specialize in petite sizes (00-2 / XXS-S), but welcome all body types. I believe every woman can dress luxuriously without breaking the bank, so feel free to call or email for inquires. Art Hearts Fashion shows were absolutely brilliant, spread over 3 days at the Iconic Ziegfield Ballroom, also showing of Art alongside many famous and upcoming artists, money was raised for Northwell Health to build a hospital for people with mental disabilities. The Show had a little bit of everything. I would go ahead and say it was one of the best Shows of Feb 2022, well organized, staff and volunteers were very highly professional.
